DESCRIPTION:You’re Invited! \nFriday\, August 15th from 4–6 PM\nJoin us at the Courthouse Gallery – 1 Lower Amherst Street (across from Duffy’s) for a special celebration of Lake George Journey\, a locally inspired book for all generations of residents and visitors who love Lake George.  \nLake George Journey features I-Spy artwork from seven local artists\, short stories that entertain\, and fun facts that educate. The book was brought to life with the support of family\, friends\, and organizations such as the Lake George Land Conservancy\, the Lake George Association\, the Waterkeeper\, and The Arts Project. This project was made possible by a LARAC Grant. \nThis family-friendly event will include: \n\nSee original illustrations created by Kathy Becker\, Chris Quinn\, Wendy Soliday\, Andrew Thompson\, Shay DeRusso\, Ottavia Huang\, and Shaundra Bartlett. Many artists will be in attendance to share their creative process.\nLive reading and book signings by authors Tamara and Walter Jacobi (and family)\nI-Spy fun for kids and all generations\nRefreshments and a book giveaway\, too!\n\n
