DESCRIPTION:Holiday Party & Annual Meeting\nThursday\, December 4\, 2025at The Barnsider (2112 Route 9\, LG)5:30pm – Cocktail Hour • 6:30pm – Dinner and Meeting \nThe Lake George Arts Project is headed to our favorite BBQ restaurant to toast an amazing 2025! We hope our friends and members can join us for an evening of great company\, a little bit of Arts Project business\, and a celebration of The Arts Project and all that we do. \nSocial & Cocktail Hour with appetizers starts at 5:30pm\, followed by an amazing buffet dinner and the Annual Meeting at 6:30pm.We’ve got entertainment and a cash bar. \nSpecial Recognition: Mayor Ray Perry\, Village of Lake George \nFrom the very beginning\, the Lake George Arts Project has relied on the Shepard Park bandstand as a centerpiece of our mission. It has been our stage\, our gathering space\, and the place where generations have come together to experience free performances by thousands of artists. Our Summer Concert Series\, Jazz at the Lake\, and countless special events have found a home there – programs that have introduced new voices\, built community traditions\, and brought world-class talent to the town and village we all love. The bandstand has never been just a bandstand; it has been the heart of our work\, and a symbol of what arts and community can create together. \nThis year\, we will be honoring Mayor Ray Perry for his tireless work realizing a new Shepard Park. He brought partners together\, secured the much-needed resources\, and inspired all of us to reimagine a space that has had an immeasurable impact on the lives of residents and visitors. His vision for the project not only strengthens the cultural heart of our community\, it establishes a world-class performance venue that will stand as a testament to what a shared commitment to the arts\, bold leadership\, and collective purpose can achieve. \n\n\n\n\n \nTICKETS: $50 for members / $55 for non-membersPlease RSVP by December 1\, 2025Members Save $5!\n \nThe RSVP deadline has passed but we would still love to have you join us!
