Doors to the Fort William Henry Conference Center open at 1:30pm. Doors to the Ballroom will open at 1:45pm (it takes time to set up all of that chili!). Our first bands will go on at 2pm.  We serve chili until we run out and there is music playing on two stages all day long!

Tickets will be available at the door – just jump in the line for buying tickets when you arrive.

We let families decide what is best for them. Throughout the course of the day about 1000 people will attend the event. We have two main rooms for music and dancing, as well as several smaller rooms with additional seating. There are several cash bars set up within the venue.

When you arrive at Fort William Henry, you can park anywhere in their lot. Overflow parking is across the street. At the conference center just hop in the line for presale tickets or in the line for cash / credit day of tickets. You will receive a wristband, a voting chip (to pick your favorite), and a cup carrier. Our staff and volunteers will point you in the direction of the chili and music.

Your ticket gets you all of the chili and amazing music you can handle – Try chili from 2 restaurants or try chili from 20 restaurants!  You can also experience 9 of the region’s favorite bands on two stages throughout the day. Your ticket does not include beverages, but we have water stations, as well as several cash bars (selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic) refreshments.

We are booking all of our bands and lining up all of our restaurants now!  We will update this page as soon as we have the final lists.
