About Nook & Cranny
Nook & Cranny is made up of two musicians from Upstate New York, Angelina Valente and JP Hubbs. Valente studied Musical Theatre in college and Hubbs studied Piano. They were introduced in 2017 when they began making music together when in an eight piece bluegrass band. They had a connection and love of all kinds of music that sparked the duo’s desire to see what they could become on their own. You’ll find them covering standards, discovering new jazz, writing their own, and bringing all sorts of guests up to the stage to make the band bigger and better each time they play.

With thirty two years of smokin’ and sauce slingin’ under our belt, we know low and slow. With all the time that we’ve had to learn and grow, we treat the art of barbecue with the respect it deserves. Our sauce and meat rubs are homemade, and our meats are seasoned and cooked to perfection. Ours is some of the best BBQ north of Memphis, and we aren’t afraid to say so.
